This is a Campground lot lease. Built in 2013 but not placed until 2016 original owners were a couple and hardly used the trailer , current owners hardly use. Trailer is like new inside, full-sized, stainless-steel appliances, nice kitchen with dark wood cabinets , lots of space for storage . Open floor plan offers Island with stools to sit at or just relax on the Comfy sectional and watch the large screen tv and enjoy some snacks on the table that raises. High ceilings with windows lets the light in and keeps the open area nice and bright and provides a view of the loft with 2 additional queen sized beds. Loft is accessed by steps. Bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and room to negotiate the room. Sliders and back door to the deck with patio furniture leading to stoned large lot with fire ring and 2 sheds. Some upgrades tankless hot water heater, deck was done with built in lights 2 years ago. Access to the lake, for swimming and catch and release. Kids love the water park with kiddie slides and larger slide all with lifeguards at the ready. Huge pool with glass surrounds that overlooks the sandy beach for the lake. Both beach and pool are surrounded by lounge chairs. This year's fee has been paid and is in price.
