A lifelong resident of Wildwood Crest, Brad Vogdes knows the city-and the ins and outs of its real estate market-as well as anyone you’ll ever meet. Brad learned how to make and keep customers happy during more than a decade of owning and running a boardwalk sales business. His first taste of real estate came in the 1990s when he began buying, renovating, and managing his own portfolio of rental properties.

When he joined Atlantis Realty, Brad hit the ground running. His experience as a consumer coupled with a dedication to constantly educate himself about real estate and his marketplace has been a winning combination.

Brad has the personal background to anticipate his clients’ needs as well as the industry and market knowledge necessary to be creative in helping his customers get what they want. A graduate of Wildwood Catholic High School, Brad is member of the Lion’s and Optimist Clubs and active in area youth sports. He lives in Wildwood Crest with his wife Jennifer, sons Blake and Cade and daughter Ava.
