A lifelong resident of the Wildwoods, John Feketics knows the real estate market at the shore as well as anyone you’ll ever meet. Since becoming a Realtor in 2002, John has learned the ins-and-outs of the business foremost by attending several industry-based educational seminars through the StarPower network of Realtors, sharing ideas with some of the top agents across the country. John also hit the ground running in obtaining the distinguished CRS (Council of Residential Specialist) designation in 2004, the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation in 2007 and the RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) designation in 2009. Each designation is supported by The National Association or Realtors or The Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of NAR.

During his tenure as a Realtor, John has always found time to lend a helping hand, most known for his role as Chairperson for the CMCAR Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament. This annual tournament has raised in excess of $80,000 since 2004 – all earmarked for Cape May County graduating high school seniors wishing to further their education. John also donates time to several other organizations, including the Greater Wildwood Little League.

In the fall of 2009, John was named the Cape May County Association of Realtors’ Realtor of the Year. In addition, John has achieved the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award six times during his seven-year tenure as a Realtor, three times a bronze-level recipient and three times a silver-level recipient. Amy is a lifelong resident of Cape May County. Amy is graduate of Wildwood Catholic High School, where she participated in basketball and many other activities. Thereafter Amy attended Lackawanna College where she received her associates in business marketing. Shortly after she attended Richard Stockton State College.

A life long resident, Darleen is very comfortable introducing you to Wildwood Crest. After graduating from Wildwood Catholic High School in 1981 Darleen continued her education at Widener University then graduated from Glassboro State where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She was active in sports, photography and many clubs. Moving back home to "The Crest", she is currently employed with the Borough of Wildwood Crest as their Purchasing Agent for 23 years. Darleen also served as the secretary to the Planning Board for 8 years giving her a tremendous knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern our town. She is very familiar with both residential and commercial properties and has experience with these examples of real estate.

Darleen earned her first years of realty experience in North Wildwood which makes her very well aware of both ends of the island! She has experienced sales island -wide and is ready to help you!

Darleen enjoys sports for people of all ages. She coached boys Little League for 5 years and helped her team along to win back to back World Series! You will find her supporting her children in their sports endeavors. Her daughter Maddison and son Aidan are active in Cross Country, Basketball, Swimming and Track for their schools and she follows them both very proudly as their mom! She is married to John for 20 years and they reside together as a family here in Wildwood Crest.

Buddy is a lifelong resident of the Wildwoods and knows the Islands real estate market as well as anyone in the industry. Since becoming a Realtor in 2003 Buddy also brings with him an extensive background in local radio. For the past 16 years he has broadcast High School basketball games on the radio. He currently hosts a real estate radio show called Buyshore Real Estate.com which is heard on 98.7 The Coast and is broadcast over the world wide web at www.buyshorerealestate.com. It is call in show which interacts with its listeners by taking questions either over the phone, via email or through the shows chat room. The show features guests that include mortgage lenders, property management companies, real estate attorneys, realtors and much more. The ability to host this radio show gives Buddy an inside track on what is happening in the real estate market day to day. Buddy also holds the designation of being and an e-Pro Realtor being an expert in today’s technology driven market.

Buddy is also very active in local youth sports, having spent 12 years coaching high school basketball at Wildwood Catholic High School which he graduated from in 1979. Buddy has been involved in all levels of youth sports having created many programs at the North Wildwood Recreation Department and served in the Boardwalk Basketball Classic Tournament committee.

Buddy resides in North Wildwood with his beautiful daughter Lucy, a Chinese Sharpei.
